SANAA’A – Spokesman of the Yemeni armed forces on Monday said that Saudi-led coalition militias committed 306 violations of the ceasefire agreement in Hodeidah and several other provinces over the past 48 hours.
According to the spokesman, the coalition warplanes continued to fly over the city of Hodeidah, Durihimi and Hais districts, while the coalition militias fired more than 159 mortar and artillery shells at residential neighborhoods, citizens’ homes and farms and in several areas.
“Our forces monitored reinforcements of militias, including armored, pick-up and military vehicles in several areas in Hodeidah,” said Sarei.
He added that the coalition aircrafts waged 56 raids, 27 on capital Sana’a, 27 on separate districts of Saada province, 9 raids on Haradh and Midi district of Hajjah province, and two raids on Taiz province.
The spokesman said that the army repelled two attacks of coalition-backed militias toward Abo-Shahid hill of Raboaa city and in Asdr front of Khub-washaaf district of Jawf province.
The army forces also carried out 11 military operations against sites of the militias in Najran, Mazraq of Hajjah and several fronts, he added.
The coalition’s forces were inflicted heavy losses in lives and military equipment during qualitative operations and repelling their attacks on different fronts, Sarei concluded.
