SHABWAH -The UAE occupation militias have on Sunday kidnapped the head of the so-called Monitoring and Inspection Service Department and a member of the so-called Central Authority of the Revolutionary Mobility in the province of Shabwah province, local sources reported on Monday.
The head of the southern Yemeni separatist group called the Political Bureau of the Revolutionary Movement for the Liberation and Independence of the South, Fadi Baoum, stated that “the militias of the so-called al-Shabwa Elite forces, funded by the UAE occupation, kidnapped the president of the Monitoring and Inspection Department, Al-Sadiq Salem al-Rubaizi al-Awlaqi, from his home at night, terrorizing his children and family.”
Baoum said the UAE’s occupation militia kidnapped al-Awlaqi because he had criticised the United Arab Emirates on social media platforms. Baoum furthermore denounced these acts as repressive and demanded the rapid and unconditional release of al-Awlaqi.
The Southern independence leader called on all people in the southern provinces to expel the foreign occupation and stressed that the foreign occupation is doomed to fail.
