SANA’A – The Saudi-led coalition and its militias have violated the Hodeidah ceasefire no less than 304 times over the past 48 hours alone, according to a statement by the spokesperson of the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree.
“The violations included 144 artillery shells, 21 missiles and 91 launches of various medium and light weapons, that targeted the houses and farms of the citizens in several districts of Hodeidah city,” General Saree stated.
Aside from the direct shelling, 36 reinforcements operations and establishments of new fortifications by the Saudi-led invaders were reported, as well as several warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft flying over the sky of Hodeidah city and a number of districts.
Hodeidah city and its surroundings is officially under a ceasefire under the Stockholm agreement that was agreed upon by both sides of the war. However, from the very start the invaders have continuously violated the agreement by shelling and bombinb Hodeidah regardless.
