HODEIDAH – The Saudi-led coalition forces and their mercenaries have on Sunday continued to bomb residential areas in Hodeidah province, western Yemen, in a continual violation of the Sweden agreement, a security official told Yemen Press Agency.
According to the official, the coalition-backed mercenaries fired 10 Katyusha rockets on the Jableyah area of Tuhitah district, and dozens of artillery shells on several areas of Duraihimi district, causing damage to civilians’ properties.
The coalition-backed mercenaries further targeted Zaafran and Mahel Sheikh villages in the area of Kilo 16 district, using heavy machine guns.
Furthermore, the mercenaries fired over 10 mortar shells on residential neighborhoods at 50th street, Sana’a Street and the airport, causing material damage.
Earlier in the day, the coalition-backed forces hit residential areas of three districts of Tuhitaht, Hays and Duraihimi, wounding a woman and causing heavy damaging to citizen’s’ houses.
