SANA’A – Several organizations have held a protest in front of the General Assembly of the German company Rheinmetal, in response to the company’s sales to the Saudi-led invaders of Yemen.
“Rheinmetal bombs kill in Yemen,” a banner posted by protesters read.
Several organizations have accused the company of supplying an Italian company with arms that were sold to the Arabian Peninsula.
The German government has officially imposed a ban on the export of weapons produced in Germany to Saudi Arabia, which has been leading a war in Yemen for years.
However, some reports indicate that indirectly, German military technology and material still finds its way to the Saudi kingdom.
