GAZA – Israeli occupation warplanes have bombed a number of positions in Gaza Strip and caused damage, Palestinian media reported.
According to the media sources, the Israeli fighter jets and artillery hit positions that belonged to the Hamas movement in northern Gaza.
The Palestinian news agency also said that Israeli artillery hit an observation position east of Beit Hanoon, while warplanes bombed other locations.
Israeli media claimed that the attack came in a response to rocket attacks from Gaza against illegal Jewish settlements earlier today. It added that the rockets crashed in an open area in Sderot settlement.
